Chad o'connor

Chad O'Connor is the founder and CEO of Fresh Fit Foods LLC. Chad graduated with his degree in Culinary Arts from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 2004, and finished his second degree in Dietetics from Chandler-Gilbert College located in Gilbert, AZ in 2011. A Michigan native, O’Connor has called SWFL home for more than 10 years.

Chad has always been very passionate about food; cooking to him is a way to express who he is using cuisine. "Taking local, fresh ingredients and turning them into something healthy, delicious and convenient has always been an exciting challenge for me,” says Chad. “Our goal at FFF is to offer the highest quality ingredients prepared by professional chefs. We strive to not only make your life healthier, but also less stressful by offering a convenient way to eat healthy, delicious food at a great value.”

Adam Kimball

With a solid foundation in culinary arts, Adam earned his associate degree after completing a two-year program at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, where he met Chad O'Connor. Armed with a passion for culinary excellence, he has accumulated an impressive 22 years of experience within the culinary industry. Prior to his current role, Adam served as the Executive Chef for Crave Culinaire, where he honed his skills and contributed to the success of the culinary team. Originally hailing from Syracuse, New York, Adam has traversed the culinary landscape, dedicating time to perfecting his craft in various culinary scenes from South Florida to Detroit, Michigan.

Adam's culinary journey reflects not only a commitment to education but also a wealth of hands-on experience that has shaped him into a seasoned professional capable of delivering exceptional culinary creations.

Delicious Delivered

Fresh Fit Foods is a fully licensed catering company located in Bonita Springs, FL. Each week we offer as few as four, or as many as eight, fully prepared meals delivered right to your home, office or convenient pick up location two times per week.

We use only the freshest, local ingredients to prepare everything on our menus from scratch. Our current menu features 48 gluten-free dishes under 500 calories. In addition to our Healthy Lifestyle menu we also offer Paleo (low carb), Plant-Based and a Senior meal plan designed for seniors over the age of 60.
