Executive Chef Adam Kimball’s culinary journey began at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, where he spent two years earning an associate’s degree and laid the groundwork for his illustrious career. It was during his time in college that he first crossed paths with Fresh Fit Foods owner Chad O’Connor, setting the stage for their future collaboration.

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Executive Chef Adam Kimball has ventured through various culinary landscapes, from Detroit, Michigan, to his current home in Southwest Florida. These diverse experiences have enriched his culinary perspective, enabling him to craft innovative and delectable dishes that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences.
