It was during his time in college that he first crossed paths with Fresh Fit Foods owner Chad O’Connor, setting the stage for their future collaboration.
With 22 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Kimball has honed his skills and knowledge, establishing himself as a seasoned professional. His previous role as the Executive Chef for Crave Culinaire allowed him to further refine his culinary skills and contribute to the success of his culinary team.
Originally from Syracuse, New York, Executive Chef Adam Kimball has ventured through various culinary landscapes, from Detroit, Michigan, to his current home in Southwest Florida. These diverse experiences have enriched his culinary perspective, enabling him to craft innovative and delectable dishes that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences.
